A New Way To Show Your WKU Spirit! - Alumni Association introduces the new WKU Rewards Credit Cards
The WKU Card is a unique way for alumni to show their spirit while giving back to the Hill. December 1 marked the launch of the program.  The WKU Alumni Association has entered into a new relationship with PartnersFirst to offer a credit card for alumni. The Alumni Association previously had a relationship with Chase which expired at the end of November. PartnersFirst, a division of Western Alliance Bancorporation, became the clear choice for a new partner after they demonstrated their commitment to service, along with providing an outstanding product with no late fees, a low interest rate, and a world class rewards package. In these troubling economic times this is a card you can trust that supports WKU.

The Visa card design is adorned with a beautiful shot of the colonnade at sunset. The MasterCard design, available in February, will picture the stone pylon bearing our beloved motto, “The Spirit Makes the Master.”

Donald Smith, Executive Director for the Alumni Association, is excited about offering this new affinity partnership. When asked about it, Smith said, “I particularly like that alumni have the opportunity to earn rewards with a world-class card while supporting their alma mater. These are cards we hope alumni and friends will be proud to carry as a visible way to demonstrate their WKU Spirit.”

As a cardholder, you can earn a variety of rewards including merchandise, travel opportunities, gift cards, and experiential packages. The card also features no late fees.
