- Confirm your identity with your ID number (see next answer).
- Create your unique username and password.

What is my Alumni ID number?This is the number found at the top of your magazine mailing label.
This will be a 10-digit number.

I don't have a piece of mail from WKU, how do I get my ID?Email the alumni office and we can provide you with your unique ID number to login for the first time.
What if I forget my username or password?Click on the "Forgot your Username?" or "Reset Password" links at the bottom of the login screen. Fill in your email address when prompted on the next page. You will receive an automated email with a temporary password. Use this password to login, then change your password.
What if I forgot both my username AND password?You can always contact the alumni office to request your username and password be reset. The alumni office responds to email Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
What if I don't have a username or password?If you didn't create a username or password during your first login, you will not have one created for you. Login through the First Time Login link again and create both a username and password in the "My Account" link on the homepage.
Why is my mailing address incorrect?If we do not have your latest address information in our database, this latest address will not be in our online community.
You can update your information by logging in and clicking "My Account" link on the left side of the top bar of the page. This will open your "Edit My Info" page. The changes you make on this page will appear in the online directory when you complete the form and the information will forward to the alumni office.
Does the WKU alumni office receive my updated information?Yes, all information that you update on this site will automatically be sent to the WKU alumni office.
Can I remove my information from the online community?Login and open your "Edit My Info" page, check the information you want to share with the community. As soon as you submit this page, your information will be updated.
If you wish to be hidden from the community, do not register online. Your name will be listed as a member of your class, but no other information will be available to community members.
