The Dr. Larry M. Caillouet Endowment honors its namesake, a well-known, student-focused professor who taught at WKU for 40 years and who retired in 2015. The endowment was established with a $100,000 gift from Austin Daniel (’77), a Forensics alumnus who is President of Danco Development Inc. in Franklin, Tenn. The KY Museum's Quilt Collection is composed of more than 330 quilts and quilt-related textiles, with examples from the late 18th to early 21st century. The collection is among the most exhibited, researched, and utilized at the Museum, and is the spotlight of the much-anticipated exhibition, Sitches in Time.
